This classic and elegant residence in Claremont was the perfect setting for a multi-faceted landscape design and construction project. After a meeting at the property and design discussions with the clients, Gradient Landscapes created an initial garden design layout to align with the client’s requirements. Following a second consultation to view and assess any changes to the garden design, the plans were finalised and the next stage of the project began.

Excavation and civil works laid the foundations for turf preparation and installation, as well as brickwork and rendering around the property, followed by the installation of frameless glass fencing with stainless steel spigots around the pool area. The finishing touches included plant design and layout and lighting design around the pool and garden.
